A private or small group guided meditation, breathwork, and/or yoga session allows for total immersion in mindfulness rooted in the eight limbs of yoga that promote a deep connection to self & nature. Sessions are customized to suit your needs and intentions.
Your session might incorporate mindfulness, visualization, energy work, sound, gentle movement, restorative postures, breathwork, or yoga nidra. Sessions can be held virtually, in-studio, or at Inntirety Healing Center.

Gaia Forest Bathing Ritual
Inntirety Healing Center has taken the act of forest bathing and created what we call ‘The Gaia Bathing Ritual.’ This ritual is non-denominational and can be translated into your spiritual belief practice.
The Gaia Bathing Ritual starts with an energetic reading of your seven central channel chakras. We identify energy center blockages, overactivity, and generalized imbalance.
Next, we pay homage and gratitude to Pachamama, or Earth Mother, before calling upon the wisdom that aligns with the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water—the physical materials and energies that comprise the world around us.
Before entering the bath, you will clarify your motive and intention and set your resolve (sankalpa) by speaking it aloud.
The Gaia Forest Bathing Ritual is $111 for individuals or $133 for couples. The experience includes a custom essential oil blend that aligns with your energetic needs, a Himalayan Salt blend, flowers, and a guided ritual.
Nordic Cycle – Cold Plunge / Sauna
The Nordic Cycle is a simple yet powerful hot-cold therapy that involves alternating between a sauna and a cold plunge. This method is gaining popularity for its extensive health benefits and invigorating experience.
Here’s how it works: you’ll spend 15 minutes in the sauna, allowing your body to deeply relax and warm up. Immediately following, you’ll immerse yourself in a cold bath for 2-3 minutes. This cycle is repeated four times, resulting in a total of one hour in the sauna and 8-12 minutes in the cold bath.
The benefits are wide-ranging and span the mind, body, spirit spectrum. For the body, this therapy is known to boost your metabolism, improve blood circulation, and assist in detoxifying your system.

This unique approach to energy healing blends traditional massage techniques with Shakti/Reiki energy work, aromatherapy, and gentle movement to help clear physical and energetic blockages, release stored trauma, restore chakras alignment that have led to a loss of energy, clarity, anxiety, depression, and stress.
This is a wonderful complement to support you in your own personal growth. Each session is uniquely tailored to what you are needing in that moment.
Here’s how it works: By placing our attention on a specific chakra and then planting an intention in its fertile soil, we activate the flow of Shakti in that sacred space. When we do this to all seven of our chakras, we have essentially carved out a new riverbed for divine energy to flow through us.
