We believe in keeping your special day deep in meaning and light on stress. Our packages are designed to be all-inclusive and reasonably priced, providing almost everything you need so you can simply arrive and be present. Every package includes use of The Clearing for your ceremony, a mini-reception with a boutique catered meal, a grounding tea ceremony, and access to our woodland amenities.
To keep things simple, we provide the tables, chairs, rustic decor, and catering. You are welcome to bring in a few personal touches (such as a specific cake or signature favors), but we have the foundation covered.
The Intimate Circle includes exclusive access to the Cozy Cabin, providing a peaceful, private sanctuary for the couple. It’s the perfect space to ground yourselves while getting ready before the ceremony and serves as your romantic forest retreat for an overnight stay following the festivities.
For our two larger wedding packages *, we ensure your celebration remains entirely private by closing our lodging to the public. This gives you and your wedding party an exclusive sanctuary takeover, providing on-site sleeping accommodations for up to 12 guests across our five unique spots. By reserving the entire grounds, your inner circle can fully settle into the rhythm of the woods, with shared access to the Community Lodge and all forest amenities, ensuring your fairytale stay is as intimate and uninterrupted as the ceremony itself.
