This protocol is structured into three distinct phases to ensure optimal bowel motility, systemic clearance, and gut microbiome restoration while minimizing die-off (Herxheimer) reactions.
Goal: Saucha – Purify the body. Open root & sacral energetic centers.
Notable Exposures & Body Phases:
- Multiple Cesarean Sections (3) – Structurally prone to stagnation where opportunistic organisms and toxins can pool.
- Rat Bite Fever / Bitten by mouse
- Daily Interaction with Chickens, Geese, Peacocks, Ducks
- Lots of time outdoors, specifically in a forest setting
- Perimenapause
Observations:
- Bloating in belly.
- Sluggish bowels.
- Sporadic hot flashes.
- Rash around collar bone.
- Fatique, restlessness, anxiety increase.
- Waking up multiple times during the night.
- Feeling dehydrated though drinking a lot of water.
- Itchy skin, feet. Skin crawling sensation.
- Appetite suppression with bouts of insatiable hunger.
- Brain fog.
Documented & Possible Parasites+:
- Streptobacillus moniliformis (Rat Bite Fever)
- Blastocystis Hominis (Rodent-specific pinworms or protozoa)
- Chickens, Geese, Ducks, Peacocks: (High likelyhood)
- Giardia, Cryptosporidium, and Histomonas (Protozoan Parasites)
- Roundworms/ascarids or tapeworms
- Campylobacter or Salmonella (Bacteria)
- Forest & Outdoor Activity: (High likelyhood)
- Free-living amoebas or helminth larvae.
Jihva Pariksha) Ayurveda: Tongue Coating: White/Yellow near back half.
The back third to half of the tongue reflects the health of the colon and lower gastrointestinal tract.
- Ama (undigested toxic residue) is accumulating primarily in my colon and deep digestive tract,
- Localized heat (Pitta) or damp sluggishness (Kapha) in the lower digestive organs.
To note: Joe & possibly Henry (son) will be doing the same routine.
Phase 1: Preparation (Days 1–3)
(September 9-12)
Goal: Optimize bowel motility and prep drainage pathways so toxins exit smoothly, preventing die-off build-up.
- Bowels: Take Triphala powder (masked with honey or juice, or using the parachute method) or 500 mg Magnesium Glycinate each evening to secure regular elimination.
- Binders: Take Wild Coal Activated Charcoal (1 capsule) in the afternoon, completely away from food and supplements (at least 2 hours apart).
- Foundational Support: Continue Vitamin K2 + D3 and Multi-Collagen Complex.
Phase 2: The 14-Day Cleanse (Days 4–17)
(September 13-27)
Goal: Systematically introduce antiparasitic agents while keeping elimination moving.
| Day Range | Morning Routine | Afternoon / Evening Routine | Bowel & Die-Off Management |
|---|---|---|---|
| Days 4–7 (Low & Slow Start) | Berberine (200mg): 1 capsule with breakfast.Wormwood: 5 drops in water. | Clove Powder: 1/4 teaspoon mixed in warm water or food.Charcoal: 1 capsule (mid-afternoon, away from food). | Triphala or Magnesium Glycinate: Every night to guarantee a daily bowel movement. If stools slow down, do not increase herbs. |
| Days 8–14 (Full Protocol) | Berberine (200mg): 1 capsule twice daily (breakfast & dinner).Wormwood: 10–15 drops in water. | Clove Powder: 1/2 teaspoon daily.DIM (200mg) & Turmeric: Support liver clearance and systemic inflammation. | Keep active with Charcoal daily (spaced 2 hours away from herbs).Maintain nightly Triphala or Magnesium. |
| Days 15–18 (Taper Phase) | Drop Wormwood and Berberine back down to a single morning dose. | Continue Clove and daily Charcoal. | Keep bowels moving consistently= |
Phase 3: The Probiotic & Rebuild Phase (Days 19–28+)
Goal: Repopulate the gut microbiome and seal the intestinal barrier after clearing out disruptors.
- Probiotics: Lactobacillus Gasseri daily with a meal.
- Gut Lining Repair: Multi-Collagen Complex, Hyaluronic Acid, and Turmeric/DIM daily.
- Cessation: Drop activated charcoal, wormwood, clove, and berberine.
Key Rules to Prevent Die-Off & Support Sleep
- Never skip a bowel movement: If no bowel movement on any given day, pause wormwood and berberine for 24 hours, increase water, and take an extra dose of Triphala or magnesium until things move.
- Timing the Charcoal: Take activated charcoal midday, completely isolated from herbs, food, and vitamins.
