For almost a year, we lived as stewards of the land…barely stepping foot into the forest that inhabited 4-acres of the 5-acre property. One day, we entered. From there, pathways were revealed and her magic was shared in so many ways. All it took to receive this wisdom was to enter – with love and respect. Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese, helps people slow down, connect to their bodies, awaken their senses and begin to relax and regulate the nervous system. Nature reminds us of just how powerful we are as self-healers. Forest Spa Sessions
At Inntirety, nature’s healing powers are yours to harness. We focus on providing bodywork and healing immersed in and of nature. Quality is always our first priority, quantity is not. Sessions are a co-creation of YOU and your wellness practitioner. We offer many massage modalities plus hydrotherapy, face masks, elixirs, wraps, scrubs, forest healing baths, & more. Slumber Amongst Her Trees
Inntirety Healing Center resides within the heart of a beautiful 5-acre forest that is quietly nestled on a small plot of land in Edwardsville, KS. Inntirety was called in by the wind that whispered through the leaves on her branches, the gurgling sound of the water that navigates softly through the rocks of her creekbeds, and the unsung stories of her friends to be. If you have heard her calling, you too have been intived to stay.
Calendar of Events
All classes and workshops are suitable for everyone. Winter indoor event sizes are limited to 7-10 participants whereas spring, summer, and fall sessions are open air. We offer weekly yoga, meditation, breathwork, and philosophy classes, as well as nature trails, and a variety of spaces for you to rest, learn, and explore on your own. Sign-up for a single or multi-session package or become a member!
Wellness Space Rental
Inntirety Healing Center has studio and a therapy space available for workshops, talks, classes, mini-retreats, and events on an hourly, daily, weekend and monthly basis. Access to the grounds and kitchen space may also be arranged for longer events. If you don’t see the hours you are interested in contact us for availability.

Every day at Inntirety Healing Center is a ritual with nature and the sanctuaries that inhabit it. Inntirety is ideal for the person who wants to deepen their yoga practice by working in an intimate setting giving plenty of room for questions and providing greater insight to the yogic practices of asana, qiyoga, breathing techniques and meditation.
