Description
We’ve seen the magic that regular visits and long stays can weave, and we’re committed to keeping this sacred space a financially feasible option for all who find solace here.
Here’s to learning, growing, nurturing our sacred land, and continuing to share the love and magic of nature together.
The funds collected are used in part for the full-time caretaking of our space, facilitating and supporting the various activities our members wish to undertake throughout the year, and finally, towards the Inntirety wish list, which includes:
- The Inntirety Safehouse. A 30×40 structure will include two living spaces that provide secure short-term accommodations (3-5 days) designed to give survivors their own bedroom, bathroom, and stable environment. They will have access to free wellness classes, nutritional guidance, therapy, and forest therapy. The space will include a mind-body-spirit room, a bathroom, and a small community farm-to-table cafeteria area. The Inntiery Safehouse will be open to members when not occupied by those in immediate need.
- The Inntirety Shop & Garage. Guests will be able to learn basic mechanic skills such as changing oil, general vehicle maintenance, and more.
- The Eightfold Walking Meditation Path. A walking meditation in nature is a way to develop calm, connectedness, and embodied awareness. There will be 10 meditation spots along the path that align with the yamas and niyamas. The yamas and niyamas are the first two limbs of Patanjali’s eightfold path of yoga. They are considered a yogic code of conduct that guides a yogi on their spiritual journey. These sacred spaces are sites of transformative healing intended to connect with the senses, trigger inner awareness & a deeper understanding of our interconnectedness with ourselves, God, nature, and everything that is.
