Forest Barrel Sauna Session
With a picture window looking out onto the trees beyond, relaxing and detoxing in the Inntirety Barrel Sauna is a secluded and unique experience.
As part of our environmental commitment, the sauna, exclusive and free of charge for Inntirety overnight guests, is only activated when in use, thus minimizing energy consumption and contributing to the preservation of our natural surroundings. The forest sauna is available for your private use by reservation.
The sauna is bookable in 60-minute private sauna time slots. Each slot can accommodate a group of up to four people priced at $10 per person or $40 total, two at $12.50 per person or $25 total, or a private session for $30.

Gaia Forest Bathing Ritual
Inntirety Healing Center has taken the act of forest bathing and created what we call ‘The Gaia Bathing Ritual.’ This ritual is non-denominational and can be translated into your spiritual belief practice.
The Gaia Bathing Ritual starts with an energetic reading of your five central channel chakras. We identify energy center blockages, overactivity, and generalized imbalance.
Next, we pay homage and gratitude to Pachamama, or Earth Mother, before calling upon the wisdom that aligns with the four elements—earth, air, fire, and water—the physical materials and energies that comprise the world around us.
Before entering the bath, you will clarify your motive and intention and set your resolve (sankalpa) by speaking it aloud.
The Gaia Forest Bathing Ritual is $65 for individuals or $85 for couples. The experience includes a custom essential oil blend that aligns with your energetic needs, a Himalayan Salt blend, flowers, and a guided ritual.
